As you all know, food is my passion! One of the highlights of our trip to northern California was a stop in Castroville, home of the artichoke! We ate fried artichoke hearts - fantastic, and got this picture snapped in front of the world's LARGEST artichoke!
Here we are, my sisters Beth and Gretchen, on Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis, on the brink of a canoe trip -- FUN!!
As for my website… Due to circumstances beyond my control, namely LIFE and an uncooperative computer and so on. But I’m becoming more proficient with the world of electronics, (though I’m resigned to the fact that to be truly comfortable, I’d have to have been born 30 years later than I was –alas!) Anyway, we're going to find out just exactly what IS the PROBLM with my site’s email system, so I’ll be able to respond to all of you a bit better (not to mention, now that I do know how to use this crazy machine, I’ve become a bit addicted, and sit here late into the night, answering email! I’m sleep-deprived, but well informed!) Having said all that, I hope you’ll write me whenever you can. I want to hear your opinions about everything!
